At GoodMax Global Enterprise, we stand behind the quality of our OMA products. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Nigerian consumer protection laws.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • The item must show no signs of physical damage or unauthorized repair.

  • Non-returnable items: Software updates, customized orders, and items with broken security seals (unless a technical defect is proven).

3. Defective Products

If a product (e.g., a barcode scanner, printer, or solar battery) is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 0904 458 4353. Under the FCCPA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that fail to meet reasonable quality standards.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), GoodMax Global Enterprise will cover the shipping costs.
